A small lamb rests safely in the arms of Jesus, carried along a quiet path toward home. In the distance, the Tree of Life rises on the horizon, a quiet reminder of the promise of eternity.

Soft light fills the scene, created with touches of iridescent pearl paint that give the sky a gentle, heavenly atmosphere as the light moves across the surface.

Layered into the painting is part of the Scripture from Isaiah 40:11:

“He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His heart.”

This painting was created as part of my Sprint into Spring daily painting series and reflects the comfort of knowing that we are not left to walk alone.
